Your arrival

Will someone be there to receive me in the apartment?

Yes. One of our representatives will be waiting for you inside the apartment to give you the keys, show you around and answer any questions you may have.

Who will be my contact?

One of our hosts will be waiting for you, to answer your questions and take care of any requests before, during and after your arrival.

What are the basic features of the departments?

Nespresso machine and capsules, washing machine, bed linens, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, cleaning products, towels, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Do we need to present some identification?

Yes, our representative will request it and will take a photograph of it at the time of your arrival.

Is a security deposit required?

A security deposit will be blocked on your card and will be released 24 hours after your departure.

What is the security deposit for?

In case of damage to furniture or the facilities, loss, flood or fire. For this reason, we ask that if any incident occurs in the apartment, to please inform your host about it.

Can I extend my stay once I am in the apartment?

We love that you want to stay longer! The extension depends on the availability we have. For this, please contact our host who will check the availability and other options we can provide.

Should I provide my own bedding and towels?

It is not necessary. Our apartments are equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible

Are there cleaning products in the department?

All our apartments are neat and clean for your arrival. If you wish you can book an additional cleaning service during your booking process or directly with your host.

Is there an internet connection in the apartment?

All our apartments have WiFi internet service

Are there rules in the department?

Smoking is not allowed in all our apartments, nor are pets allowed. There are some specific rules of each department that you can see at the time of booking.

Stay

Who do I contact in case of a problem with the department?

You can communicate directly with your host or with us through the e-mail, so we can channel it and solve your problem as soon as possible. At the time of your arrival, you will be provided with contact information in case of emergencies.

Can I cook in the apartment?

All our apartments have an equipped kitchen so you can cook and feel at home.

Check-in / Check-out

What is the schedule for checking in and out?

The Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and the Check-out until 1:00 p.m.

Can I arrive before or leave after the established time?

Please contact our reservation managers, these depend on the availability of the department. You can also check that with your host.

Can I leave my luggage if I arrive before the check-in time or leave after the check-out time?

We want it to be the most comfortable for you, so you can leave your luggage with us for a few hours while you enjoy the city.
